We take utmost care while manufacturing, packing, and shipping our products to
you. However, in the event of unfortunate damage of product during transit, we will take full responsibility of the same and provide you with the replacements as early as possible.
In unfortunate scenarios where product is damaged or short supplied, please
follow the below process:
- Lemonji needs to be notified within 2 days from delivery date via email to email@example.com
- Mention order number and attach image of the invoice
- Attach unboxing video of the damaged box (in case of damage)
- Mention description of short supply in case full order is not received We will try our best to respond at the earliest and upon review of the request, we will immediately ship the replacement bottles.
- All requests for damaged/short supplied orders shall be reviewed and approved based on the discretion of Lemonji management.
Lemonji Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled on our website before they are dispatched. Once stocks are dispatched from our side, orders cannot be cancelled. Upon Cancellation of the order, we will refund the amount form our side within 7-10 working days.
